I’m Susan McChord Hurd a compassionate and spiritual person who has been supporting clients with more than 20 years of experience. My externship experience was through the University of Maryland School of Medicine with the ESMH program.
I have had years of experience working with Johns Hopkins Community Psychiatry and Kennedy Krieger Institute.
- I’m a mother of 3 and married for 27 years
- I’m an animal lover and proud pet owner of a cat and a dog
- I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio

Hi! I’m Colleen Kobus, a warm, kind, and direct therapist who has been supporting clients in
private practice for the past 7 years. I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Maryland.
I have received several post-graduate trainings including Couples Counseling training from the
Gottman Institute (Gottman Level 1 & 2) and earned a certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma
Professional I (CCTP-I) from the International Trauma Training Institute.
I enjoy working with men and women, and couples in therapy focusing on anxiety, depression,
relationships, and life transitions. My focus is supporting clients in therapy as they identify and
connect with their personal values and improve their wellbeing and their relationships.
- I’ve been married for 15 years and have lived in the Baltimore area my entire life.
- I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and love adventures: rapelling from high-rise buildings, sky diving, scuba diving, flying an airplane - but marriage is by far my best adventure!❤️
- My family is full of First Responders ( 🚓 & 🔥) and military members, and I proudly support them and their families.

Hi! I’m Pamela Watkins a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) deeply committed to helping individuals facilitate their healing journey. I was trained through Johns Hopkins University and have had over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families and children.
